J’ai été très satisfaite du travail effectué : mon écran de MacBook a été changé très rapidement (heureusement, c’était urgent), et de manière très professionnelle. Depuis tout va bien. Et la communication a été parfaite, avec beaucoup de réactivité, une réponse à chacune de mes questions. Bref, je n’ai vraiment rien à redire, et conseille tout à fait ce service.

Je me suis adressé à ce professionnel pour réparer mon PC portable HP, qui était devenu très lent : il m’était impossible de regarder des vidéos et la navigation sur internet était difficile. Le diagnostic a révélé une carte mère oxydée, qui a été remplacée rapidement et à un tarif raisonnable. Je recommande vivement ce professionnel, à l'écoute et de bon conseil.

Réparateur sérieux qui a su répondre aussitôt à ma demande. Mon ordinateur avait pris l'eau : la désoxydation et le changement du clavier complètement défectueux ont été faits rapidement et facturés à un prix très raisonnable. Je recommande vivement ce professionnel !.

Je recommande très fortement Arnaud qui intervient immédiatement y compris les week-ends. Il a réparé mon ordinateur très rapidement avec beaucoup de compétences et a fait remarcher mon imprimante qui ne fonctionnait plus depuis plusieurs années. Efficacité, rapidité, sérieux et grande gentillesse : une très belle ressource sur Nancy et ses alentours.

Parfait. Je ne peux que vivement recommander Arnaud. Qui est intervenu dans l’heure pour nettoyer mon ordinateur d’un virus! J’ai pu ensuite bénéficier de ses compétences pour installer d’autres programmes. Je ferai à nouveau appel à lui pour formations ou autres les yeux fermés !.

Superbe intervention de la part d’Arnaud qui a su remettre en ordre notre ordinateur et imprimante, accompagné de sa sympathie et son savoir faire ! Je recommande sans hésiter ses services, encore merci.
