Had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Took advantage of the pool and sauna facilities too. Having a safe available in the room meant we didn’t have to carry our valuables with us every day. We were also able to leave our luggage with the front desk before our check-in and after check-out without surcharges. The only criticism is that there was confusion and inconsistent advice from concierge staff regarding the included breakfast so we missed out on it.

Hotel in the city center with a pleasant atmosphere. Very quiet due to the very limited traffic, especially if you get a room at the back. View of the cathedral towers from several rooms on the upper floor. Beautifully designed inner courtyard. Attached restaurant with good value for money. Underground parking is a must if you want to arrive by car from 18 €/day, depending on the type of drive. Good for exploring the city and the surrounding area.

We loved our room no.439 facing inner courtyard, quiet and south facing with much sunlight. Sound proof well. Comfortable bed, big bathroom with bathtub and shower. Friendly reception. the swimming pool is a bonus. Highly recommended. Breakfast is good

We stayed for one night while driving from the Manchester in the UK to the French Alps. We arrived about 7pm, had a good meal in the restaurant, slept well in a clean, modern room and had a good breakfast. I was impressed with their focus on environmental sustainability - no single use plastic (including no plastic water bottles) they provided glass water bottles to refill from tap water or coolers around the hotel. Perfect for a stop over as it is near the main road but not noisy.

Overnight stay en route to Calais. Friendly welcome at reception and easy check in. Room was comfortable and spacious . Liked that there was a sofa, a pull out desk, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. We also liked that there was a bath and separate shower, and that the toilet was also separate. We had dinner in the restaurant and, although the menu was not extensive, we really enjoyed our food and the service was great. Breakfast in the morning was as we remembered- buffet style and plenty of choice. It was busy with a work event but it didn’t bother us. The weather was cool so we couldn’t take advantage of the nice outdoor seating area like we do in the summer.

Super handy hotel with all amenities that are great for the whole family. Large sunny garden, large sunny swimming pool, nice restaurant and good bedroom greatly accommodated for a family of 4. Only small down points: Restaurant service was very long but very friendly. The cleaning team knocks on everyone's door and enter the rooms to ask if cleaning is needed by 9:00... So make sure you leave your do-not-disturb sign on the door if you want to sleep or enjoy your shower

I recently stayed at the Campanile in Reims Centre and had an great experience. The hotel offers an outstanding price/quality ratio, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Reims. The staff provided a warm and friendly welcome, setting the tone for a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-appointed, featuring a spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the heart of Reims. Secured parking available for 14 EUR/day.

The room looked lovely with a very comfortable bed but the air con wasn't great, the shower drain smelt and I couldn't get the safe to work. There is a garage but you should book as some people who turned up later had to park on the street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We didn't eat dinner. We did have a drink at the bar which was expensive and the staff member got the change wrong. Location was good within easy walking distance of the bars and restaurants. A big plus is it's much cheaper than some of the other hotels nearby.

Superb hotel near the center of rheims. Especially the underground parking is nice when you have a car full of champagne
