Bjour, je viens de découvrir cette pharmacie. Le personnel est accueillant, prévenant, professionnel et de bons conseils. Merci aussi à l’équipe qui fait tout pour que l’attente soit la plus courte possible aux caisses. J’ai apprécié aussi le calme et la gentillesse face à un client récalcitrant et insistant qui souhaitait obtenir sans ordonnance des produits vendus uniquement sous ordonnance sous prétexte qu’ail savait ce qu’il faisait. Bravo.

J'ai connu la Pharmacie Stéphanoise une institution à St Étienne ! Toujours un grand choix et des prix attractifs et de bons conseils du personnel ! Par moment il y a bcp de monde avec un peu d'attente.

Un grand choix de produits en parapharmacie, de compléments alimentaires... De très bons conseils dans les rayons et au comptoir accompagnés d'amabilité.

Un grand merci à la pharmacienne qui a été chercher de la ventoline en urgence suite à l’incident de gaz lacrymogène, je commençait à être en détresse respiratoire et elle a fait passer l’humain en premier au milieu de ce contexte difficile pour tout le centre commercial.

J'avais vu 1 pub sur mon compte instagram.... Pharmacie tres propre et bien rangée La personne qui m a renseignée était tres professionnelle...super agréable

Grand choix de produits, avec des pharmacien.nes avec le sourire prêt à aider et conseiller ! Je recommande.

Un patron qui s'est démené plus d'une fois pour moi.. A prendre des risques, à me faire confiance sachant qu'il ne me connaissait pas encore à ce moment là. Une équipe très agréable. Depuis plus d'une dizaine d'années, jamais eu de soucis.

Excellent accueil et très bons conseils. la pharmacienne a pris beaucoup de temps à m'expliquer pourquoi plutôt prendre tel ou tel produit sans forcer la main. Merci.
