La Caféothèque de Paris is an essential temple of coffee in Paris. La Caféothèque combines three spaces in its premises on rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, facing the Seine and the rebuilt Notre Dame: a coffee lounge, an artisanal roastery, and a training center for the coffee trade. Created in 2005 in a space rented from the Cité Internationale des Arts, home to over 300 artists from all over the world, it has a cosmopolitan clientele. A member of the Specialty Coffee Association Europe, which it helped to create, this year, it celebrates with its customers and friends 20 years of passion and exchange around the finest, carefully selected coffee vintages, which can be purchased online.
