Très bonne expérience avec Paolo et sa petite entreprise Tel & Mac. Il est honnête, rigoureux et de bon conseil avec un diagnostic complet avant tous travaux, des prix raisonnables et un délai de traitement record. Voilà l'alternative aux boutiques officielles pour faire réparer, si c'est faisable et raisonnable VS un produit neuf, vos téléphones et ordinateurs, surtout de la marque à la grosse pomme ! Je recommande.

Tel et Mac à redonné une nouvelle jeunesse à mon MacBook Pro , remis en état de marche comme sorti d’usine en un temps record et a pris du temps sur son temps personnel pour répondre à mes nombreuses questions et m’aider à apprivoiser la nouvelle version. Merci à Paolo.

Très bon professionnel. Mon Mac à été réparé, nettoyé et remis à niveau très rapidement. De plus, j'ai bénéficié de ses bons conseils. Je n'hésiterai pas à faire appel de nouveau à Mr Micaelo si besoin et je le recommande chaleureusement.

On a de la chance d'avoir un professionnel pareil sur Angers. On en casserait presque son PC par plaisir ;) Sans aller jusque là, je suis contente du professionnalisme, ça fait plaisir de rentrer dans un commerce et ne pas avoir l'impression qu'on essaie de vous arnaquer en vous vendant des choses dont vous n'avez pas besoin. Je recommande.

Informaticiens de confiance. Super accueillant. Super pro. J'y vais depuis plus de 15 ans et je n'ai jamais été déçue. Je recommande vivement.

Très bon magasin en informatique produits neuf et dépannage installation ce sont des pros je suis client chez eux et je le recommande a tout le monde.

Je suis venu un matin pour comprendre le problème avec mon MacBook. Je ne suis pas allé jusqu'au diagnostic complet, comprenant qu'il s'agissait probablement d'un problème de carte mère/carte graphique après avoir expliqué les problèmes avec mon Mac à la réceptionniste. J'ai compris que les réparations seraient coûteuses par rapport à la valeur de mon ordinateur. Cependant, l'accueil a été très agréable et l'équipe professionnelle attentive, qui, j'en suis sûr, aurait résolu mon problème. Merci.

Accueil très sympathique au téléphone, très bien informé sur ma tablette malheureusement obsolète. Merci, je n'hésiterai pas à vous recontacter si nécessaire.
