Je vous conseille de faire appel à Ok informatique, pour les qualités techniques et humaines de son gérant, à qui je mets cinq étoiles, sans oublier qu'il est possible chez Ok informatique de commander du petit matériel, clavier, enceintes etc ... le gérant se charge de tout et vous appelle dès réception du matériel.

Sympathie, sérieux, coutoisie, compétence, amabilité, c'est ce qui caractérise le gérant de ce tout petit magasin, toujours prêt à rendre service à ses clients. Absolument indispensable, et incontournable. Bravo, monsieur.

Se rend disponible pour dépanner à domicile , même après fermeture, je recommande.ravie des dépannages jusque maintenant bon Travail et serieux et agréable .

J'ai contacté CDI suite à la lecture des avis pour une panne de mon ordinateur portable . Mon interlocuteur, Frédéric, a trouvé un créneau pour le récupérer rapidement. Le portable étant HS, les données ont pu être récupérées et injectées dans le nouveau PC. Frédéric m'assistant dans la mise en service du nouveau PC. Intervention très professionnelle et rapide, je recommande sans hésiter.

Suite à un accident avec mon PC, j'ai fait appel à C-D-I INFORMATIQUE pour récupérer mes données. Je suis tombé sur Frédéric qui a été très efficace et disponible.1 semaine plus tard j'avais tout récupéré sur mon nouveau PC. Encore un grand merci pour le travail fourni.

Mon ordinateur portable s'éteignait d'un coup sans raison, j'ai tenté des tutos, forums etc.. impossible. puis j'ai contacté Frédéric qui a été agréable et efficace, souci réglé en quelques jours. Depuis 1 semaine mon pc refonctionne parfaitement. Merci encore.
