Premier toilettage pour mon chat. C’était pas gagné car c’est un chat très peureux. A par moi, personne ne l’a jamais touché (à part vétérinaire) ni caressé. Finalement ça c’est très bien passé grâce au professionnalisme, la patience et la bienveillance du toiletteur. Je recommande sincèrement Cleanpoils&gourmandises. Prestation plus que parfaite.

Je recommande à 1000% ce toiletteur, très professionnel, il adore les animaux ça se ressent à travers la prestation à laquelle on peut assister. Le fait qu’on ait le choix de rester avec son animal durant le toilettage c’est super ! Il donne de très bons conseils et nous guide sur la façon de brosser / toiletter son chien. J’ai ramené mon spitz et j’ai adoré le rendu et le respect du poils spéciales du spitz.

Très bonne expérience chez le toiletteur ce matin pour Astro et une première. Accueil chaleureux, beaucoup de douceur et de professionnalisme. Astro a été très bien pris en charge et le résultat est impeccable : poil doux, coupe soignée. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Je recommande à 100 % !!! J’ai amener mon chat Cookie qui avais eu un énorme traumatisme dans un autre institut. Et le rdv chez Chien Chic c’est passer à merveille, il ont su rassurer mon chat et pouvoir s’en occupé sans aucun problème, et faire un excellent travail dans la douceur. Deux personnes passionnés de leurs métiers, c’est rare de trouver ceci de nos jours. Je recommande +++ Merci à vous encore et à bientôt pour mon petit deuxième chat
