LA CORDE À LINGE REVIEWS
One of our best dining experiences in Strasbourg. The staff is very attentive and the menu offers a variety of choices including local specialties (including a lite fare menu). Food was delicious.
Delicious! And my waitress happily spoke English, was very welcoming & nice. Thank you so much! The marinere salad was huge & delicious. Snails escargot were so delicious that I even remember them now & want again. Definitely worth a visit during my next stay in Strasbourg.
Our best dining experiencing during a three day trip to Strasbourg. Really cozy vibe in the indoor area. The waiters were super friendly and attentive. The cheese and meat platter is a really great deal. Don’t skip the desert.

LE TIRE-BOUCHON REVIEWS
The gentleman who attended to us was very kind to our family as we have two young kids and don't speak any french. The server by the name of Jasmine/Yasmin was exceptionally nice and patient with us. Thank you again if you see this. We had the set lunch and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend the pork cheek and mash, it was divine. The escargot was awesome and the kids meal were proper good home cook meals none of those frozen stuff.
Everything from seating to dessert was fantastic! The drinks and plates came out promptly and made to order, the Saison was nice and cold with a slice of lemon, the meat was moist and the sauces were made with just the right amount of salt. The salmon was fresh, cooked perfectly and the skin kept it's crispiness until the end of the meal when we finished it. The cordon bleu was juicy and tender and the filling carried an intense flavor to compliment the meat. The tables around us had different dishes, so I got to see and smell a lot of the menu. I have some ideas for my next visit.
Probably one of my favorite meals while in France. Ordered the three course meal and selected bone marrow as a starter, the pork stew with mashed potatoes as the main course, and then the apple strudel for dessert.

RESTAURANT GURTLERHOFT REVIEWS
The Entrees were very generous portions, almost as large as a main. The service was the best I had in Europe thus far. When the entree was finished, the waiter immediately requested the mains to the kitchen which came in less than 5 mins. I was really impressed by the quick and simple service despite being fully booked. The Flammekueche was smoky with a smoky taste to the bread and bacon too. We dined for lunch.
Excellent food! Original and clean place! Portions are more than enough. Prices are really ok for the quality of the food and just next to the cathedral. Service was very good, just one lady waitress we had, it was impossible to make her smile, even a little. If you have her as a waitress, tell me if you could! The other waiters were very good and smiley.
Was just there by myself while on a work trip in Strasbourg, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It’s right in town near the big cathedral. Food was good, service was pretty good, and it is a really neat physical space that the restaurant is in. I tried the sauerkraut with meats, a fois gras appetizer, along with a dessert tarte flambee. All were delicious! Plenty of bread was served as well which was good. I got a half carafe of one of their white wines (dry Riesling) which hit the spot.
