3 Best Hotels in Saint-Étienne, France

I really appreciate the model that this hotel uses to keep costs down whilst not skimping on things that you need. There is no need to clean a hotel room every day for example, I do not need to speak to someone in person at the front desk most of the time. As for the room itself, it's basic but has everything I need for a comfortable stay and the check-in process is about the best I've ever experienced, I love the no-contact check-in, I can just go direct to my room. The coffees from the vending machine are also top quality. I really like what you've done here and I will definitely be looking to stay with your chain again when I need a place to stay in the future. I did have a fault with the AC in my first room, but this was handled quickly and efficiently with no fuss as we were assigned a new room, great customer service.

I have stayed in B&B Hotels all over Europe and they always deliver. The rooms are simple but clean. WiFi is always excellent and the showers are hot and powerful. Absolutely perfect for short stays and overnights.

One of my best experiences ever! Enjoyed every last minute when I stayed in B&B.

… Right in the heart of St Etienne, a stone's throw from the Town Hall, on a small pedestrian street with a nearby public parking lot (fee applies), so very well located and quiet. The studio is adequately equipped, allowing you to heat up a meal or prepare breakfast. One minor drawback was the cleanliness of the microwave, as some food residue hadn't been cleaned, but overall it was good value for money.

I am very satisfied. The room is clean, as is the bathroom. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and there's parking nearby (town hall parking). All this to say that the 5 stars are well deserved because the price is reasonable. We'll see about breakfast tomorrow. The welcome was perfect.

Nous sommes venues manger au restaurant ce vendredi soir, et c’était absolument parfait! L’accueil, la gentillesse des serveurs, la décoration a l’occasion des fêtes, et la nourriture excellente! Les plats étaient très copieux nous n’avons même pas pu terminer. Mention spéciale pour la dame qui nous a servie (Sarah je crois?) d’une gentillesse et d’une douceur exemplaire! Et milles merci au serveur vraiment trop gentil qui m’a ramené un petit dessert d’anniversaire sans qu’on ait rien demandé, ça m’a beaucoup touché! Un service 5 étoiles comme on en voit tellement rarement, je recommande à 900% cet établissement! Merci encore

Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant. Les plats étaient goûteux, de saison, avec une présentation soignée. Du choix pour tous, viande, poisson...Le personnel était très attentif à notre fils (son plat lui est parvenu au moment où nous mangions nos entrées, il a fortement apprécié). Le service était parfait. Une 2eme fois réussie, nous reviendrons. Je recommande +++

Super moment pour mes 30 ans. Super accueil du patron et de son épouse, Jean Baptiste notre serveur était génial également. Nous reviendrons pour des évènements comme celui-ci mais aussi régulièrement pour passer un bon moment et manger des plats raffinés à prix abordable.
