Très mauvaise expérience avec Calipso Assurance. Au moment de la souscription, ils sont extrêmement présents, voire insistants, pour pousser à la signature et au paiement. En revanche, une fois le règlement effectué, il devient quasiment impossible de les joindre : ils sont constamment “en réunion” ou indisponibles. À ce jour, nous n’avons reçu ni contrat, ni attestation d’assurance, ni aucune communication professionnelle digne de ce nom. La conseillère nous avait pourtant assuré que l’attestation serait envoyée dès le lendemain de la signature et du paiement — ce qui n’a jamais été fait. Pire encore, nous avons reçu un e-mail indiquant qu’elle cherchait finalement un autre assureur, car cela ne fonctionnerait pas avec celui que nous avons déjà payé ! Depuis, nous avons demandé un remboursement, mais c’est le silence total. Cela fait maintenant plus d’une semaine que la situation traîne sans aucune réponse de leur part.
