Suite à la perte de ma garantie, elle a pris le temps de vérifier dans les achats de l’année dernière et a trouvé une solution pour remplacer ma chaîne cassée et la commander à nouveau. Elle a fait preuve d’une efficacité remarquable et d’une grande amabilité tout au long du processus. Un excellent service client que j’apprécie énormément ! Merci encore .

Une magnifique boutique dans le centre de Lille. Des colliers, bracelets, bagues et boucles d'oreilles pour tous les goûts ! La possibilité de personnaliser des bracelets qui est aussi très très originale. Un personnel sympathique et a l'écoute ! Des bijoux de qualité qui ne s'oxyde pas (j'ai une bague depuis 6 mois elle n'a pas bougée) Je recommande vivement.

Boutique très jolie et très bien agencée. Je suis cliente et achète aussi bien sur le site qu’en magasin lors de ma venue sur Lille. J’ai acheté une paire de créoles perlées et j’en suis très satisfaite. Merci aux vendeuses pour leurs disponibilités. A bientôt.
