When I consulted Anne-Sophie for the first time last year, I was trying to get out of an impasse of feeling very unwell for almost 3 years with another therapist, without real success. Within a few months of EMDR sessions, I experienced considerable relief from my anxiety. And when we have not been well for a long time we have the impression of coming back to life when the mind finds its calm. I thank her for her kindness, her clear and detailed explanations. I felt guided and listened to. And especially not held back once things were better, and I find that very important.
