Je suis allée dans ce magasin aujourd'hui pour acheter un maillot de bain. La vendeuse du rayon natation, "Mathilde", est une personne excellente, aimable, compétente et professionnelle. Elle m'a donné de fabuleux conseils, m'a trouvé le bon maillot de bain et m'a finalement fait livrer ce dont j'avais vraiment besoin pour ma prochaine vacance commençant ce vendredi. Je n'ai jamais rencontré une vendeuse aussi merveilleuse dans aucun magasin en France. Je suis vraiment reconnaissante pour son aide et sa gentillesse.

Ce magasin a tout ce qu'il faut pour pratiquer un sport, quel qu'il soit, j'aurais aimé en avoir un près de chez moi !!! bons prix, variété, variété de tailles, designs J'ai décidé de retourner un article que j'avais acheté car ce n'était pas la bonne taille. et ils m'ont rendu mon argent sans aucun problème.

Super ! C'est vraiment pratique qu'il y ait autant d'employés à qui demander de l'aide.

Non seulement je suis un fan du club,mais le magasin est cool...le personnel est toujours agréable dynamique, des hôtesses de caisses souriantes, aimables ,des vendeurs disponibles, et même les vigiles sont sympathiques. Point négatif le magasin est trop petit, il y fait trop chaud...

Super vendeur qui m’a extrêmement bien renseignée sur la non disponibilité produit, possibilité de substitution, flocage, changement bon cadeau …. Hyper pro et efficace pour les 3 personnes que j’ai vues pour faire mon achat. Bravo. Super esprit

Corentin, Ambre, Amory, Romain sont au top! Très attentif à une situation particulière ils m'ont remboursé un produit. J'ai quand même bravé le monde de Chatelet pour venir les voir et j'ai fait un jeu de pistes dans les ascenseurs mais sans regrets...

Personnel très agréable et souriant, toujours disponible et à l’écoute pour aider les clients ! Il y a un large choix d’articles et de jolies soldes !
