Une gentille équipe qui nous conseille et nous accompagne au mieux afin d'organiser le séjour de nos rêves sur mesure. Très rapide pour le traitement des dossiers et réactive à la moindre interrogation l'agence promo vacances (surtout Natasha) sait se rendre disponible et efficace pour ses clients tout en étant très agréable. Merci d'ailleurs à l'attention qu'ils ont pu me porter lors d'une modification de dernière minute qui a pu être traitée dans les plus brefs délais. Notre seule préoccupation est de préparer notre valise la conscience tranquille car l'agence s'occupe de tout, je vous la recommande donc très fortement.

Première croisière via une agence de voyage merci à Natasha qui nous a parfaitement renseigné et accueilli toujours dans la bonne humeur. Nous sommes ravie de nos vacances et pensons déjà à la prochaine destination.
