“Centre d'art bastille presents contemporary artwork to the general public at a holiday destination. Over the past 15 years, there have been 80 exhibitions and more than 170,000 visitors. The creation of site-specific artwork is central to the Bastille Art Centre project. The annual programme features solo or group exhibitions, along with coffee events. They promote the growing creative scene in the neighborhood. Through regular events, strong connections have been established with various groups within the area, along with the sharing of human and material resources. Le Cab offers a fresh approach to contemporary art, designed to be warm and accessible to a broad audience. The gallery allows free entry for those under 18.”
