Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel s’est montré accueillant, professionnel et très attentif à nos besoins. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et décorée avec goût. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et de qualité. Un grand merci à l’équipe pour avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent confort, tranquillité et service de qualité.

Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde gratitude pour l’excellent séjour que mon amie et moi avons passé dans votre établissement pendant trois jours à Paris. Votre hôtel nous a réservé de nombreuses surprises agréables, notamment la vue imprenable depuis notre chambre sur la Tour Eiffel, qui scintillait de mille feux le soir, créant une atmosphère des plus romantiques. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient non seulement variés, mais également d’une grande qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et le professionnalisme de votre équipe. Un grand merci à Celine pour ses attentions et sa gentillesse, qui nous ont fait sentir comme à la maison. Nous souhaitons également exprimer notre reconnaissance à HAQ et AMADOU pour leurs conseils avisés sur les plats et les thés, ainsi que leur attitude respectueuse et bienveillante. Grâce à vous tous, nous avons vécu une expérience mémorable et inoubliable. Lors de mon prochain séjour à Paris, je n’hésiterai pas une seconde à choisir à nouveau votre hôtel.

Pendant mon séjour à l'hôtel avec ma femme, j'ai particulièrement noté son attention aux détails, sa courtoisie et son dévouement à offrir un service irréprochable. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel tower and subway and bus stations. The staff is friendly and polite. I was also impressed with the security, there are many security staff, but they are very discreet and keep their distance so as not to disturb guests, but they are also very responsive if their intervention is needed. The breakfast was very tasty and full of choices, of course there was no shortage of delicious French food with omlettes and delicious French cheeses. The hotel is modern, very technological and very organized. Although the hotel is a big skyscraper, we never had to wait more than a few seconds for the elevators, thanks to their excellent system. Only the rooms are a bit spartan and need updating to fit in with the rest of the hotel's standart. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel and will gladly return.

The restaurant team is amazing! Specially thanks to the manager, Mohamed, very nice lady, Abeni, and also Salimata, Hong, Eli, they have helped us a lot. Food is great, the best breakfast so far we had. And the staff is really friendly and nice. The doorman always tell us it’s cold outside. We had really good time here.

We were served by the one and only Joseph. He is the one that assists us during breakfast. Always helpful and very lively. Truly a really good and hardworking employee. A master in his craft. He should be given a bigger role for sure. As I said loom for Joseph our kababayan

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'ibis Paris tour Eiffel. N'ayant passé qu'une journée à Paris, nous voulions être proches de la Tour Eiffel et c'est exactement ce que propose cet hôtel. La chambre était propre et parfaite et le personnel était très amical et serviable avec un très bon anglais. Je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel et j'y séjournerai probablement à l'avenir.

L'ibis Tour Eiffel offre une vue imprenable sur la tour et une chambre confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique et le personnel est très aimable. Bien que les chambres soient plus petites, elles sont idéales pour partir à la découverte de la ville. La station de métro Cambronne est également idéalement située à quelques minutes de marche.

Cet hôtel Ibis était très bien situé (10 minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffel). Il est également très proche d'une station de métro. Super propre, personnel de la réception sympathique et très arrangeant en anglais. Ils ont un bon système de casiers pour ranger les bagages avant l'enregistrement ou après le départ. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à tout le monde !
