Docteur Basset est très à l’écoute, bienveillant et compétent, il prend le temps d’expliquer clairement les choses et de répondre à toutes mes questions. Il est toujours disponible pour répondre aux emails, ce qui est très rassurant. Je me suis sentie en confiance dès la première consultation. De plus, c’est l’un des rares médecins à faire preuve d’une véritable empathie, ce qui est malheureusement peu courant de nos jours. Je le recommande vivement!

J'ai été soigné par le Docteur Basset pour des calculs rénaux en urgence et cela s'est très bien passé. Il prend le temps de nous expliquer les différentes étapes de l'intervention.
